While you will not find Ascot Appraisals listed under the HUD or FHA rosters, you will find Michael D. Doran license number AR035734; Mike is also a member of the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers. Mike Doran has over 5 years appraisal experience, over 200 Hours of education including 15 hour National USPAP (UNIFORM STANDARDS OF PROFESSIONAL APPRAISAL PRACTICE) Course which he also takes annually in his continuing education courses. It is Mike’s top priority to be on the cutting edge of appraisal standards, requirements, and continuing education so that he can provide his clients with the most accurate, efficient, appraisals in Bakersfield and Kern County.

Raised in Kern County Mike has lived in Bakersfield the majority of his life giving him unique perspective of the local and regional real estate market. Mike has extensive knowledge of Bakersfield and it’s surrounding areas including the smaller and lesser known mountain communities of Glennville and Lake Isabella.

Mike currently resides in northwest Bakersfield with his wife and three children, when not working he can be found fishing, disc golfing, and camping on the coast with his family.
