We will call your borrower or other specified contact person within 24 hours to schedule the appraisal inspection. Usually, much, much sooner than that. Our local (Bakersfield and the greater Kern County area) turn-around time for a residential real estate appraisal evaluation is 2-4 days from the day of inspection, excluding weekends and all U.S. holidays.
We highly recommend that you submit your appraisal request online. We do not collect or sell contact information, you can feel comfortable placing a safe, secure appraisal order here. The majority of our clients submit their appraisal orders online through our online order form because they receive a confirmation email guaranteeing that their appraisal order has been received. Once you have placed your order you will be taken to a confirmation page and sent a confirmation email.
